Find joy and connection as you learn evidence-informed skills to support yourself and the youth you live and/or work with. Join this retreat and practice research-based and trauma-informed self-care quickies, self-regulation and co-regulator skills, group transition strategies, and fun SEL activities. Explore a myriad of practices to help youth of all ages understand and manage how to feel, connect, and act to heal emotions, energy, and disrupt ruminating and anxious thoughts. Participants will feel empowered with a toolbox of wellness skills to support preventative, maintenance, and high stress responses for individuals and groups.
