Learn and practice several evidence-informed styles of mindfulness and meditation. Explore how mindfulness can be used for prevention and intervention of big behaviors and feelings for all ages—including us adults! Build your toolbox to model and teach SEL skills, such as self-awareness, social responsibility, belonging, and compassion for self and others. We also will cover mindful sensory circuit routines which are beneficial for resetting our body-brain connections, especially for our neurodivergent friends.

Trainings come with:

  • MOSST 8-week, On-Demand curriculum (1 level per training)

  • Comprehensive e-curriculum manual for each module

  • A-Z Pose Guide with variations related to trainings

  • Bilingual A-Z Yoga and Mindfulness Cards (downloadable PDF)

  • Access to (mostly) original, bilingual music

  • Increased chances for hiring as we expand into schools, districts, and libraries

  • Join our community of amazing, agents of change in a trauma-informed wellness community
