
Kristin started practicing yoga 12 years ago, while pregnant with her first child. She has seen the benefits of yoga throughout her pregnancies, with her children, and in keeping her body and mind strong and healthy while completing physical therapy school. It has been a wonderful journey for her, and she is excited to share it with children and families! She specializes in working with children, and believes that they hold an innate intuition and compassion. Her passion is to bring peace and connection to the community through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
