Vishnu's OHMazing® Journeys just won TWO awards: Dr. Toy Best Picks 2012 and Parent's Choice Award 2012!

Vishnu's OHMazing® Journeys weaves together ancient narratives of the hero Vishnu and the heroine Lakshmi through yoga, original art, music, and dance. The DVD celebrates our own journeys and the choices we make as we build relationships and extend love to ourselves, to others, and to the universe. Vishnu's OHMazing® Journeys is created in partnership with the Crow Collection of Asian Art in Dallas.
"Yoga is an excellent muscle toner, increases flexibility and can calm the nervous system. There's no reason these benefits should be enjoyed only by adults, so I strongly endorse Beth Reese's programs - they bring yoga to children in an easy, accessible format. The fact that she leads sessions in a world-class museum, surrounded by great works of ancient Indian and Asian art, makes them all the more enriching and valuable."
~Andrew Weil, M.D.
An artful approach to yoga through story: With an original score woven throughout the film, Reese sends her yogis on a journey of self-reflection and empowerment through teaching the story of Ganesha, a beloved Hindi elephant prince. The film includes pranayama, individual and partner yoga poses, cardiovascular and relaxation exercises. Filmed in the Art Museum of South Texas with original works of art from the Crow Collection of Asian Art in Dallas, Dr. Reese allows each child to experience yoga through art, culture, collaboration and narrative.
Yoga on and off the mat: Remy's OHMazing® Day features a young yogi using yoga off the mat. The segment takes the viewer on a day in the life of Remy in how she uses all eight limbs of yoga waking up, participating in school and sports, taking care of the environment and more! The Eight Limbs teach respect for self, others and the environment.
Revolutionary film-making: Filmed using state-of-the-art HD cameras and equipment, this is a first-of-its kind work, incorporating three languages, art and a more cultured approach to yoga. This all-encompassing film allows viewers to experience yoga as a whole-hearted, mindful approach along with fun poses, breathing and relaxation exercises. With a professional, L.A.-based production team, the film is thoughtfully produced by Sean Madaras and artfully directed by filmmaker Brendan Murphy. The program is being widely accepted in a variety of markets.
