Pebble Path Yoga (Austin, TX)

Testimonial: After spending a fun and enlightening week in Casey's summer yoga camp, my daughter applied what she'd learned to her daily life. Whenever she began to get frustrated or angry, we could see her start focusing on her breath or she'd go into a yoga pose to calm herself down. It was so empowering for her to be able to control her emotions and so incredibly helpful for us as parents!

Testimonial: I cannot recommend this program highly enough! My daughter did a yoga camp last summer with Casey and she loved it. What I loved about it is that she learned ways to calm herself down. My daughter is a worrier, and suddenly she was able to catch herself and say, "i just need to go sit quietly and breathe," or do any of the number of things she had learned in class. On top of that they learned all kinds of great lessons about taking on challenges and being mindful. And I'll say it again, Casey made all these lessons fun and relatable for the kids. So, definitely check it out, I really hope this program stays and grows at Maplewood.
